Standard contract quoted price.

 

This will be based on a written quotation provided based on your requirements and agreed upon.

Hourly Rate

This is based on an hourly rate given of $88.00 per hour including  GST for the principal contractor and cost plus 10% on outsourced qualified trades. All materials supplied at cost plus 10%.
